I hereby apply for membership of the Girlsday237 e.V. association. The annual membership fee is €100. Students and unemployed have a discount. Their annual fee is €50.

Membership fees are due annually one month after acceptance into the association.

By signing, I accept the current version of the association's articles of association and by-laws as binding on me. I have read the current version of the articles of association.

Membership can be cancelled at any time. To do so, please send an informal e-mail to bo***@*********37.org. In the event of cancellation during the current calendar year, the current annual membership fee is considered the last membership fee due.

Declaration of consent


The processing of my personal data required to manage my membership of the association (name, address, date of birth, e-mail address) is authorized under Article 6 (1) sentence 1 b of the RGPD.

I agree to the processing of the following personal data by the association for member management via electronic data processing, in accordance with Article 6 (1) sentence 1 a of the RGPD: telephone numbers, place of residence.

I have been informed that I may revoke this declaration at any time by notifying the Board of Directors. Revocation does not affect the legality of data processing carried out prior to revocation. The data will be deleted at the end of the membership.
On our website www.girlsday237.org, we publish the following data: First name, photo and position within the association. The publication is intended to represent the association and its activities.
The legal basis for this permission to publish is your consent in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) or, for sensitive data, Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) of the GDPR.

The association's board of directors would like to emphasize that the association has taken adequate technical measures to guarantee data protection. However, complete protection of personal data published on the Internet cannot be guaranteed. Consequently, the association member recognizes the potential risks for a violation of his or her privacy rights and is aware that :

1. Personal data can be accessed even in states that do not have data protection regulations comparable to those of the Federal Republic of Germany,

If I do not agree with this in general or in specific cases, I will contact the Board of Directors.
I agree that Girlsday237.e.V. may send me information on the further development of the association's activities, special events and actions by e-mail and/or post for information purposes.

In particular, I will not process, disclose or make available to third parties any personal data that I receive in the course of my work for Girlsday237 e.V. for purposes other than the fulfilment of the respective task. If I have access to the association's accounts, I will store account identifiers with an encrypted password manager. I will transmit files containing personal information of other association members, donors, African students carrying out projects or other parties involved in Girlsday237 e.V. projects exclusively via official Girlsday237 e.V. e-mail addresses.
