Girlsday237 e.V. is committed to awakening the interest of children and young people, especially girls, in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).
Through practical educational projects, competitions and events, we encourage curiosity, creativity, self-confidence and access to scientific and technical fields.

Girlsday237 e.V. is recognized as being of public utility by the tax authorities and pursues exclusively and directly objectives of general interest within the meaning of §§ 51 et seq. of the German Fiscal Code (Abgabenordnung – AO).
The association is authorized to issue tax receipts for donations and contributions from its members. The association’s resources are used exclusively for the general interest objectives defined in its statutes.

Our annual report provides an overview of the activities, projects, and developments of Girlsday237 e.V. during the year 2025.
6. Staff structure
Girlsday237 e.V. operates primarily thanks to volunteer involvement. The association currently does not employ any permanent employees.
The activities of the association are carried out by the volunteer members of the steering committee as well as by volunteers in Germany and Cameroon. They contribute, among other things, to the organization and implementation of our educational projects, to collaboration with schools, to communication, and to the follow-up of our activities.
7. Information on the origin of the resources
The association’s funding comes from, among other things:
- donations; ;
- supporters linked to projects; ;
- subsidies; ;
- of the members' contributions.
The association deliberately favors a light organizational structure so that resources can be devoted as directly as possible to the projects.
8. Information on the use of resources
The resources of Girlsday237 e.V. are used exclusively for the association’s objectives as defined in its statutes. These resources are used, among other things, to:
- the planning and implementation of educational and STEM projects; ;
- the purchase of equipment for the projects; ;
- the organization of competitions, workshops and events; ;
- the prices and awards given to the participants; ;
- the logistics and transport costs associated with the projects; ;
- communication and public relations; ;
- the necessary administrative and organizational costs.
The majority of the association’s work is carried out voluntarily.
9. Legal links with third parties
Girlsday237 e.V. is not legally linked to any other organization.
10. Donations representing more than 10% % of the annual revenue
During the 2025 fiscal year, no contribution from an individual or legal entity accounted for more than 10 % % of the association’s total annual revenue.
